O.R.D

Yea!!! Finally I'm released from the army! After 2 years serving in the army, they have officially let me go... Although I'm free, I'm now jobless... Hopefully, I'll find a job a.s.a.p....

For the last 2 years in the army, thought its not all pleasant, I've actually learn a lot. I've made a lot of friends throughout my army lives... some are just normal hi bye friends, while there are some who I think I really treasure and will continue my friendship with them till I die... Haha, that sound so serious, but its true. I've also learn that no matter if you are in the army, or the corporate world, the only person you can depend on is just you. There are a lot of things that the army is very similar to the corporate world. We must also be very careful of how we present ourselves and what others think of us. Other than how the corporate world is going to be like, I've also learn other things like independent, how to clean up my own room, pack my own stuffs, and if I want something, I have to achieve it myself.

Now that I'm out of the army, I'm frantically trying to find a job! Its so difficult to find one nowadays. I'm not choosy, its just that not all jobs are suitable for me. All the companies that called me are insurance companies or what they call, 'wealth management consultant', ' finiancial consultant'. Seriously, I do not think I'm up to the task of selling insurance to people because I know that if I do not believe in insurance, how am I suppose to sell what I do not believe in to others?

I went out with my secondary school friends on Friday night to have dinner and celebrate 2 of our friends' birthdays. Its been awhile since I saw them, and believe it or not, this year is gonna be our 10 years anniversary! Haha, we are so gonna plan a party to celebrate our 10 years of friendship.

Let me tell you a very interesting and embarrassing story...
My friends and I always meet up on Sunday morning to have a run down the canal. We have a twin sisters, lets call them TQ and TY. 'TQ' is my friend and TY is her sister.
So the story starts whereby I'm waiting for my friends at a bus stop, so 'TQ' came and without really looking at her, I just said hi and we continue to meet another friend, R. So along the way, 'TQ' told me that despite going to the toilet before she went out of her house, she still feeling a need to go to the toilet again when she reach here. So I told her shit happens sometimes and we will find her the nearest coffeeshop so that she can relieve herself. So we met up with R, who is also my friend. So the 3 of us, 'TQ', R and I started walking to the nearest coffeeshop. Then 'TQ' start the conversation and half way through it, she asked if I was W, and I was like, c'mon, are you kidding me? We've been friends for 10 years and you are asking my this kinda question? So I was feeling a bit annoyed but nonetheless told her yes. 2 weeks before this run, TQ sms my other male friend, QW, and told him to remind the other guys that there will be a run, not that QW is not a guy. So i ask 'TQ' why did she sms him like tat. So 'TQ' was like, 'WHAT?!' she looks very confused and I was very confused too. Then R turn and point at 'TQ' and said to me, "W, this is TY, not TQ!". I was like "&@^$!" Omg... lol! That was then that I finally realized that I was talking to TY all along, and not TQ! I've mistaken TY as TQ!!! They both look quite different if you look at them carefully. So I quickly apologized to TY and said that I have not fully woken up just now, but now I am, after this embarrassing moment.

Haha, this incident taught me to look carefully at my friends before I start babbling away...
