Happy Birthday to My Friends!

I've been waiting for today for such a long time already.

In case you dont know, today is the day that I'm going out with my secondary school friends to celebrate their birthday! YaY!

AT first, we were suppose to meet at our 'lao di fang' at 7.30pm, but most of my friends were late. In the end, we waited until 7.55 for all of them to come. I was starving. One of my friends even said that she was surprised that I'm earlier then her... -_-" what a thing to say, coming from someone who's the second runner up for being late...lolx

Then we took the bus to orchard road. As usual, we waited about 20 minutes then the bus came, should have taken the train but most of my friends are using bus concession and said that bus can sit down... sigh

When we reached orchard road, it was already 9pm...

We finally decided to eat in a chinese restaurant at paragon. Its called... dunno what ji...eh dunno what fang...argh... I cant remember the name of the restaurant because of all the Econs 'logical' curves in my head...!!! Anway, the restaurant is something like the Crystal Jade restaurant with the famous bejing xiao long bao... or was it xui jing bao... or eh... mind blocks again...

This time we didnt waited long before it was our turn to be seated (maybe it was because that the closing time was 10pm, while we came in at 9). What we didnt expected was that we were so previlliged to be given a round table seat with the rotating glass in the middle, and its at the corner all by itself with no other tables to disturb us... so cosy and grand sia!

So we ordered our food. I ordered a vermicelli soup with tau fu. It was nice but i still prefer to eat noodle, especially ramen. My friend even ordered the chinese-style steam cake that honestly taste like bread with sugar coated.

After finished eating our dinner, we continued to eat the cake that my friend brought. It was so funny because the cake was actually a pandan sponge cake that you can buy from any cake shop, but it was coated with chocolate fudge.The fudge was also made by my friend and two of his helper, his sister and maid...lolx But overall, it was a delicious cake! I must say, pandan and chocolate actually make a great combination.

Lastly, when all is finished, we walked out of paragon and sat at the stone bench outside. From there, we all started to put our presents on the floor. Then we asked our three birthday gal and guys to guess which is the present they think is theirs.

One of my friend got a Initial D key tag, coutesy of me =p! A t-shirt and a belt. Another friend of mine got a belt, a shirt, and a FF8 bracelet, which is also from me =p! My last friend got a cap and a earring. Wah... all my friends got so good stuff...so envy sia >_<"

After taking pictures of them wearing the stuffs we bought them, our outing has also officially ended. Thus, all of us went to our respective bus stop to take a bus. My birthday boy is so funny. Dont know if his too happy or too blur, he actually went to the wrong bus stop to take the bus... LOLX! Then when we reach our bus stop, he suddenly came from behind, and said, "wrong bus stop". Then I just turned away and said, " Do I know you?..." Lolx... But seconds later, his real bus came and he board it. haha

So in the end we all reach our home happily, 3 of my friends happy about their presents and us, happy... eh that they are happy. But we are actually sad because our pockets are burning! sob...

Well tomorrow is back to work! Cant wait to see the kids...
